Our Process

Requirements Gathering

We work with you to understand process pain points and define clear objectives. We then design a bespoke implementation plan with objectives, solution design and user stories. We offer guidance on the features and benefits from the get-go.

Configuration & Implementation 

We get all systems aligned and set up for you within Salesforce Sales Cloud. Everything we implement is based on the plan and requirements agreed. We check in throughout the process with demos, user testing and feedback. 

Training & Enablement

We offer comprehensive training, tailored to each team. The benefits for managers vs sales team members are generally similar, but the day-to-day nuances of how to get the most out of the system are different. We will help you understand and enjoy using it.

Ongoing Support & Optimisation

Just after the project is deployed, we offer hypercare so you can make any changes or revisions to the setup. After that, we can discuss additional requirements, talk about long-term strategy or create new configurations within the system.
