We watched the 2026 Dreamforce keynote so you don’t have to

The top Salesforce announcements from San Francisco, September 2026

A new interface revolution is coming — a fundamental change in how humans and software interact.

The big headline at Dreamforce? AI Force.

AI Force = the world’s leading AI models connected to Salesforce.

Marc Benioff framed the new AI interface launch as the next big platform shift. We’ve gone from DOS (Disk Operating System) to GUI (Graphical User Interface), Web, mobile and now, AI.

“AI replaces the UI”

The solution brings together four layers: your data (Data 360), your headless Salesforce apps (all the business logic and rules you’ve built over the years, accessible via API), digital workforce (Agentforce), and a live AI interface.

Instead of navigating to software and searching for what you need, the data, information and insights come to you. Whether you want to work in Claude Cowork, Slack or Lightning, you can get the same live, intelligent view of your Salesforce.

This implementation of this technology will transform how your team works with your data and Salesforce.

As a specialist Salesforce and AI consultancy, we’re already working with customers on how to integrate Salesforce AI models. Our team has been building Claude AI expertise, so you can get the most out of your AI capabilities, fast.

Five more top announcements

1. Claudeforce

The first live AI Force interface is already in open beta. Claudeforce is a partnership between Salesforce and Anthropic that enables you to put your data to work inside Claude and governed by the permissions and business rules your company already runs on. One plugin on the AppExchange handles everything, including permissions and zero data retention. Access a personalised, composable view of your Salesforce data — pipeline, service cases, marketing activity — all in one place.

2. Pre-built agents ready to deploy

You don’t have to build agents from scratch any more! Salesforce launched seven ready-to-go agents, each designed to offer immediate business value, they include: Hunter for outbound sales, Piper for inbound and website conversations, Casey for customer service, and Paige for IT and HR. And they already have proof of success. Hunter generated $500M in pipeline for Salesforce internally last quarter. Read the full list and press release here.

3. Marshall, agents that work inside your existing systems

Of the seven announced, Marshall is the agent that solves the “but what about all our other systems?” problem. Marshall can learn a process inside SAP, or any backend system, in about 90 minutes, then execute it autonomously every time. If the system changes, Marshall relearns. It offers deterministic execution, rather than guesswork and provides an audit record of every action.

4. Koa — a proprietary AI reasoning model

Salesforce announced its first proprietary CRM reasoning model, built on NVIDIA’s Nimotron and trained entirely on synthetic data. It’s been designed for complex, long-running agent tasks like multi-step sales planning and complicated service cases — purpose-built to deliver deeper expertise on targeted enterprise tasks. Read more here.

5. From MuleSoft to AgentFabric

MuleSoft has evolved into AgentFabric, a single registry to manage, govern and cost-control every agent across your enterprise, regardless of who built them. Whether you’ve got solutions from Salesforce, Azure, AWS or Google, you can manage them all from one place, with budget controls and AI-driven cost optimisation built in.
